Rotisserie restoration completed. This is a real red on red car. Very early production, Serial # 30837S102692. Built October 31st, 1962. Everything on this car was disassembled and completely rebuilt with all correct finishes and markings, along with everything properly date coded down to the horns, voltage regulator, starter, plug wires, headlight motors, water pump, fuel pump, and of course the engine, transmission, and rear end. Even the original tachometer relay buzzer that only the high horsepower early 63’s had is on this car! Many original restored and NOS parts are on this car down to the original glove box liner as it is totally different than the repos you see. Five (5) original 63 steel wheels, original and perfect spare tire tub.

The engine has been built to original 340 hp. specification’s including correct cam, lifters, heads, harmonic balancer, water pump and runs on leaded gasoline. Even the tachometer redline color is different on this car due to its early production with the tach buzzer. There are close to 1,000 photos taken and included documenting everything on the restoration of this rare car. This car is another spin-off to the black 63 split window that we restored and was featured in the April, 2010 issue of Vette Vues Magazine. Redline Finishes has completed the paint & body process. A.I.D. Autoworks rebuilt the engine, and the rest was finished right here at our facility. Having restored and researched many 1963 corvettes this car we believe will be to the highest quality and the best one yet that we have turned out. UPDATE: The car has received the prestigious Bloomington Gold Award.  Also Featured in July 2014 Vette Vues Magazine. Also featured in Vette Vues Magazine July, August, and September 2014 issues detailing the entire restoration process.
